Situational Awareness & Self Defense Class for Young Women

Tammy Zirk brings her JR XD 360 program to Collegedale City Hall. Space is limited to 20 registrants.

The class consist on situational awareness and the importance of avoiding circumstances that out you in danger enabling girls tat any level of wellness to protect themselves and avoid/escape situations that can lead to a hostile confrontation.
