Pool Side Dip 1 cup orange juice 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 8 oz. package frozen whipped topping, thawed

Whisk orange juice and pudding mix until it thickens and becomes smooth. Add in yogurt then gently mix in the whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fruit slices.

Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bites 6 very ripe bananas ¾ cup mini chocolate chips, divided

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bananas into small slices and place on parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for an hour.

Remove frozen bananas from freezer and allow to thaw for 5 minutes. Place bananas in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in ½ cup mini chocolate chips.

Coat mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each cup almost full with banana mixture and top with chocolate chips. Freeze tin for 1 hour.

Using a knife, remove the bites from the pan and stack in a freezer safe container with parchment paper between each layer. When you are ready to enjoy, allow bites to thaw for a few minutes.

Frozen Blueberries 1 cup fresh blueberries ½ cup light vanilla yogurt

Using a toothpick, dip each berry in yogurt. Place on wax paper covered cookie sheet and freeze for 1 hour.

Peanut Butter Oat Squares 1 cup peanut butter 3 cups rolled oats ½ cup honey

Line 9x9 pan with non-stick foil. Melt peanut butter and honey in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Gradually mix in the oats and stir until combined. Pour into baking pan and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and serve.
